shelterdogs.us (hereafter referred to as "the site") is accessible via the worldwide web to those with an appropriate Internet connection.  Access to and use of the site are subject to the terms and conditions of this Terms of Use Agreement and Copyright Notice and all applicable laws and regulations, including laws and regulations governing copyright and trademark. BY ACCESSING THE SITE, YOU ACCEPT, WITHOUT LIMITATION OR QUALIFICATION, ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS USER AGREEMENT. SHELTER DOGS and its affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, agents and/or representatives reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. NEITHER SHELTER DOGS NOR ANY OF ITS SUBSIDIARIES, DIVISIONS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS OR REPRESENTATIVES SHALL BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURY OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR SIMILAR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS OR USE OF, OR YOUR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SITE AND THE INFORMATION AVAILABLE ON THE SITE OR ARISING OUT OF ANY ACTION TAKEN IN RESPONSE TO OR AS A RESULT OF ANY INFORMATION AVAILABLE ON THE SITE. YOU HEREBY WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AGAINST SHELTER DOGS AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, DIVISIONS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS AND REPRESENTATIVES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE AND THE SITES AND THE INFORMATION AVAILABLE THEREON.

Unauthorized attempts to upload information or change information on the site are strictly prohibited and may be punishable under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986. For site security purposes and to ensure that this service remains available to all users, site employs software to monitor traffic.

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold SHELTER DOGS harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys fees, arising from or related to your own use of the site.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by both parties.
